All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable.

The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings may be necessary.

Champagne Tea

Tea at the Top costs £90 for two people. Book in advance for a Wednesday or Sunday from March to September. Availability is limited so early booking is essential. Cancellations must be made within 48 hours prior to the date booked. The hotel will then organise a new date for your experience subject to availability. If a cancellation is not made within this timeframe your voucher will be void. Vouchers expire on the 30th September 2020, but a date must be booked with the hotel by August 31st to make sure you secure your date within the timeframe. If a booking has not been made prior to the 31st August, then you will only be offered what available dates we have left. Once all dates have sold the season will close. A voucher has no cash value and is non-refundable. Dates are subject to availability and exclude seasonal events.

Beauty and Bubbles Voucher

To book your treatment and Afternoon Tea, please call Brow Envy on 01752 228777. Available Tuesday to Saturday each week. Bookings to be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance and cancellations will not be accepted after this time. Due to Brow Envy being a very popular salon in the city, advance bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment especially for larger groups. Brow Envy will make every effort to accommodate multiple treatments at the same time, however treatments may need to be staggered based on availability of staff and facilities. Hotel Stay

Gift recipients can redeem vouchers for accommodation on any night of their choice (subject to availability and excluding the dates of special seasonal events). Vouchers are valid for one year from the purchase date.

Dining Vouchers

As a rough guide, a three-course dinner for two people could cost around £70 (food only) – you can, however, choose any value for your gift voucher that’s right for you.

Monetary Voucher

You can purchase a Duke Experience voucher at the value that suits you – to be redeemed against any services available at the hotel (subject to availability).
